Work

Published with permission, or not at all.

Cheffusion Technologies publishes a case study only with the written permission of the client, named or anonymised as they have approved. The company was formed in August 2026 and its first engagements are in progress, so this page carries no write-ups yet — and nothing standing in for them.

What each entry sets out

A case study here is an engineering record, not a testimonial. Every entry follows the same structure, so two write-ups can be compared and a reader can go straight to the part that matters to them.

01

The problem

What the organisation was trying to do, what stood in the way and what it was costing them — as they described it, before we had formed an opinion.

02

The architecture

The system as built, with a diagram: what runs where, what talks to what, and which component is the source of truth for each kind of data.

03

The integration decisions

Where the system meets other systems, which side is authoritative for each field, and what happens when they disagree or one of them is unavailable.

04

The security considerations

How authorisation is enforced, where credentials live, what is logged, and what a compromise of any single component would and would not expose.

05

What was measured

The figures the client agreed to publish, each with how it was measured. Where nothing was measured, the entry says so rather than estimating.

How an engagement becomes a case study

Four conditions, all of them in the client's hands. They make this page slower to fill than one padded with illustrative projects, and they are the reason an entry on it can be taken at face value.

  • The client agrees in writing. Nothing is published on the strength of a conversation, and a client can ask for an entry to be withdrawn at any time.
  • The client decides how they appear: named, or anonymised to the sector and the shape of the work.
  • Only figures that were actually measured are published, together with how they were measured. No estimates, no projections, no rounding up.
  • The client reads the write-up before it goes live, and anything they would rather not see in public is removed.

Until an engagement has met those conditions, this page stays as it is. We would rather show you nothing than show you work we have not done.

What we can show you instead

Describe what you are trying to build and the first thing you get back is the analysis a case study opens with — the problem as we understand it, and where we think the difficulty actually sits. If the work is small enough to price before we start, the packaged services are listed with what they include and what they exclude.

We read every enquiry ourselves. If we are not the right fit, we will say so and tell you what to look for instead.
