Accessibility Statement

#Our commitment

We want this site to be usable by everyone, including people who navigate by keyboard, use a screen reader, need larger text, or prefer reduced motion. This statement is issued by CHEFFUSION TECHNOLOGIES LLC, referred to on this site as Cheffusion Technologies, and applies to this website and the client portal.

#Conformance status

This site has been built to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA. That is a statement of intent and of testing, not a certificate: accessibility conformance cannot be self-certified, and any supplier who offers you a certificate for it is describing something that does not exist. What follows is what we have actually done.

#What we have done

• Every interactive element is reachable and operable by keyboard, with a visible focus indicator that we have not removed.
• Headings follow a logical order, and landmarks are used so a screen reader user can skip to the main content.
• Text contrast meets the 4.5:1 ratio for body text and 3:1 for large text, in both of the site's surfaces.
• Form fields have real labels, hints are linked with aria-describedby, and errors are announced and linked to the field they concern.
• The site is usable at 400% zoom and at 320px width without horizontal scrolling of the page.
• Animation is subtle by default and is switched off entirely for anyone who has asked their system for reduced motion.
• Technical diagrams have text alternatives, and data tables have proper headers and scroll within their own container rather than breaking the page.
• Content is written to be understandable, with technical terms explained where they first appear.

#How we test

Automated accessibility checks run as part of our code linting. Automated tools find roughly a third of real accessibility problems, so we also test manually: keyboard-only operation, a screen reader, zoom to 400%, and reduced-motion and high-contrast settings.

#Known limitations

• PDF documents and other files supplied by clients or third parties may not meet the same standard. Ask us and we will provide the content in an accessible format.
• Video content, where present, may not yet have captions or an audio description.
• Complex architecture diagrams are provided with a text description; the description is a summary rather than an exhaustive equivalent.

This list is kept current from our own testing and from what users tell us: items are added as they are found and removed once they are fixed.

#Telling us about a problem

If something on this site prevents you from doing what you came to do, please tell us at support@cheffusiontech.com, by telephone on +1 605 468 2191 during our working hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Eastern Time), or using the details on our Contact page. Describe the page and what happened. We treat accessibility defects as defects, not as feature requests, and we will tell you when we expect to have it fixed.

#Preparation of this statement

This statement was prepared on August 20, 2026 and was last reviewed on September 8, 2026. We review it whenever the site changes in a way that could affect accessibility, and at least once a year.
