A scoping call happens before work begins
This package cannot honestly be delivered blind, so we hold a short call to confirm the environment, the access we need and the exact boundaries of the work.
You can still place the order now — the call is arranged after the order is received, and it happens before any work or billing milestone. If the call shows the package is the wrong fit, we refund it rather than delivering something that will not help.
If the scope above is close but not exact, describe what you actually need. We would rather adjust the work than sell you a package that only half fits.
